Check-out time for all vouchers
Check-in at 17.00 and check-out at 15.00 for all types of vouchers for new bookings
Early check-in (before 17:00) is possible provided:
- availability of a free room (earlier booked room category)
- up to 3 hours – without payment
- more than 3 hours – payment in the amount of 50% of the room price (accommodation)
Late check-out (after 15.00) is possible under the condition:
- availability of a free room (possibly with transfer to another room category)
- extension up to 6 hours (inclusive) – payment of 50% of the room price (accommodation)
- more than 6 hours – 100% payment (accommodation)
- The cost of the voucher is calculated according to the current price list on the date of arrival.
- The children's voucher is valid for a child from 4 to 14 years old.
- Children under 4 years old are FREE OF CHARGE (without providing a separate bed, without treatment).
- The cost of placing a child in the main place is 70% of the cost of placing an adult.
*If the child is 14 years old at the time of arrival, the calculation is based on the cost of vouchers for adults.
Registration is carried out:
- in the building "Rus" - from 08.00 to 20.00 (registration of guests visiting the building "Rus", "European", "Malachite")
- in the Kama building - around the clock
