We have been staying at the resort for 6 years in a row. This year, 2021, we had a rest from May 19 to May 29. Wonderful. well-groomed park territory; friendly staff; delicious, varied food; our much-loved buffet. Now it has become "fashionable" to complain about young people. And these very young people are administrators in Uralsky: Polina Timshina, Ivan Fedoseev, Yulia Shipulina, very quickly, moved a deeply elderly (89 years old) relative who came with us from the sixth floor to the first and brought her room as close as possible to ours. Many thanks to them for the impeccable execution of the concept of the resort, humanity and kindness. The same young people work as waiters. Fire! Quickly, correctly! Well done! The administrators at the buffet are friendly, insistently reminding of the need to comply with sanitary rules: wearing masks. And everywhere everything is correct, smooth, friendly. How nice this attitude is! Noted the progress in cleaning the rooms. It wasn't bad before. But this year at the level of world hotel standards. Not at all worse than in the far abroad. The only inconvenience: the "children's rooms" are closed. For this reason, they did not take their grandchildren with them. And they, having been to Ust-Kachka more than once, asked very much. We hope that with the improvement of the situation with COVID 19, the "children's rooms" will start working, and our grandchildren will be able to come to the resort with us again. They will get used to it, get used to it and will become regular guests of the sanatorium in the future. Prosperity and further successful development of the resort!
