Especially for regular guests of the resort - the PRIVILEGE card! For its regular guests, the Ust-Kachka resort offers a loyalty program, which is very easy to become a member of. Regularly staying at the Ust-Kachka resort, you get additional discounts and privileges of the program participants. Loyalty program cards are cumulative, so the more time you spend at our resort, the higher the status of your permanent guest card will be.

In the booking section on the website, in the "Enter promo code" field, you must enter the number in the format:
the digit 0, then the digit of the discount amount of the "Privilege" card, then the card number. For example, 058235, or 0103246.

The loyalty program "Privilege" is intended for guests who purchased vouchers to the Resort for cash or non-cash payment.

The program implies the issuance of a "Privilege" card with a different discount value.

The Privilege card is not a credit, payment or bank card.

1.       General provisions:

1.1. The loyalty program applies to an individual, subject to the conditions of the procedure for obtaining the Privilege card at the registration desk of Ust-Kachka Resort CJSC and at the official representatives of the resort in Perm and Yekaterinburg.

1.2. The loyalty Program does not apply to legal entities.

1.3. The loyalty program ("Privilege" card) provides a discount on all types of services provided by the Resort, with the exception of services provided by third-party organizations.

1.4. The Privilege card has an individual number.

1.5. The "Privilege" card is subject to exchange for a card with an increasing discount percentage, if certain conditions of this loyalty program are met.

1.6. The "Privilege" card is nominal, without transfer to another person.

1.7. The Resort reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the loyalty program by posting information on the official website of the Resort.

2. The procedure for obtaining the card:

2.1. In the loyalty program (receiving the "Privilege" card) any individual (hereinafter referred to as a Guest) who has reached the age of majority, who has booked and purchased a ticket directly, that is, in the sales department of the Resort, from the official representatives of the Resort or on the official website of the Resort, can participate.

2.2. The number of visits (visits) for all types of vouchers lasting from 2 days or more, the number of days of stay or the amount spent on accommodation (which is more beneficial for the guest) are taken into account. The number of visits (visits), the number of days of stay and the amount spent at the Resort by members of the participant's family are not taken into account.

3.       Terms of use of the Privilege card:

3.1. The "Privilege" card is nominal (without the right to transfer to a second person) and its effect extends to the Loyalty Program participant himself and his family members (spouses, parents, children). In case of violation of the terms of use of the card (transfer to a second person) The resort has the right to cancel the validity of the "Privilege" card.

3.2. The Privilege card is valid when paying for all types of vouchers from 2 days or more, as well as all types of services provided by the Resort (with the exception of services / goods of third-party organizations).

3.3. When moving to a new level, the Loyalty Program participant must hand over the existing card and receive a new one upon departure.

3.4. Discounts under the Loyalty Program are combined with all promotions and special offers of the Resort (except for those promotions in the conditions of which there is an indication to the contrary).

3.5. Discounts on the Privilege card are provided only upon presentation of the card, in the absence of a card, discounts are not provided.

3.6. The "Privilege" card must be provided at the time of accrual of the service. The cost of services accrued without a discount is not subject to recalculation.

3.7. When paying for a voucher or a service by bank transfer. The guest must provide the card number in order for the invoice to be issued taking into account the discount. Upon arrival at the Resort, the guest must present the "Privilege" card. Otherwise, the Guest must pay the difference (discount percentage).

3.8. In case of loss of the card, the loyalty program participant can get a duplicate of it by contacting the reception and accommodation department of the Resort.
