General contraindications

All diseases in the acute stage, chronic diseases in the acute stage and complicated by acute processes.
Acute infectious diseases.
Venereal diseases in the acute and acute stages.
Mental illnesses, including drug addiction and chronic alcoholism.
All blood diseases in the acute stage and the stage of exacerbation.
Cachexia of any origin.
Malignant neoplasms.
All diseases and conditions requiring inpatient treatment.
All diseases requiring surgical intervention.
All patients who are not capable of independent movement and self-care, who need constant care.
Echinococcus of any localization.
Frequent or profuse bleeding.
All forms of tuberculosis are in the active stage.

Coronary heart disease. Angina pectoris of tension III and IV functional class. Unstable angina.
The presence of circulatory insufficiency (H) above grade I.
Cardiac arrhythmia: atrioventricular block of II-III degree, ventricular extrasystole (more than 5 per minute), paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia (more than 1 paroxysm per month), ventricular paroxysmal tachycardia (more than 1 paroxysm in 6 months).
Thromboembolic disease.

Arthritis with a progressive deforming process: ankylosis, contractures, irreversible changes in joints that prevent independent movement and self-care.
Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis with the activity of the inflammatory process above grade II, with severe extra-articular lesions.

Cicatricial narrowing of the esophagus, pylorus and intestines with impaired patency, stricture of the common bile duct and the duct of the gallbladder.
All forms of jaundice.

Chronic kidney diseases with severe renal insufficiency, hypertension over 180/100 mmHg, retinopathy.
Macrohematuria of any origin.
Pyelonephrosis, hydronephrosis.
Urethral strictures, prostate adenoma of the III degree.

Diabetic neuropathy of the III degree with a marked decrease or loss of sensitivity, osteoarthropathy, trophic ulcers of the feet, autonomous neuropathy.

Diseases of the nervous system of infectious, vascular, traumatic, demyelinating nature in acute, as well as in any period of the disease, accompanied by severe disorders in the motor sphere, preventing independent movement and significant disorders of the pelvic organs.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Syringomyelia and syringomyelic syndromes with pronounced motor, sensory and trophic disorders.
Parkinson's disease; multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating diseases of the nervous system in the progressive course of the disease, with motor disorders that prevent independent movement and self-care, with pelvic disorders and dementia.
Diseases of the nervous system with mental disorders.
Psychopathies, psychoses, severe hypochondriacal, obsessive, obsessive and other mental states. Drug addiction.
Epilepsy and epileptic syndromes with various forms of seizures.

Spa treatment is available for children from 4 years old.
All diseases in the acute stage, exacerbation of chronic diseases, diseases requiring inpatient treatment.
