Treatment results

Treatment is aimed at improving the general condition of the patient and relieving the symptoms of the disease. By the end of the course, the patient will feel that the pain began to bother him much less often. Strict drinking regime and baths with therapeutic mineral waters will restore the water balance in the body, so dry skin and nails will bother less and less. Complex treatment will only help to delay the moment of surgical intervention, which is inevitable.

Consequences of lack of treatment

Due to a violation of the blood supply, ischemia of the lower extremities is formed, which with great probability can develop into dry gangrene. The skin acquires a bluish color, gradually, areas of the skin may die off, which threatens to self-amputation of the limb, with its possible restoration. Dry gangrene without proper treatment will develop into wet, which will lead to surgical amputation.
