Mud Applications

Mud applications, or in other words compact mud treatment, is a procedure in which the beneficial properties of mud are applied only to a specific area of the body.

Sulfide silt mud is used for treatment. This type of mud is sometimes referred to as "basic" or "proper mud." Under the influence of mud treatment, activation of the body's antioxidant system is noted.

The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes. The number of procedures per course is 6-10. At the end of the procedure, the dirt spot will be removed simply, it is enough to wipe the body with a wet cloth with mineral water, and then with a dry towel. The patient takes a shower with warm water, then rests for 15-20 minutes

Indications for use

This procedure is effective for most diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, diseases of the cardiovascular system, diseases of the digestive system, diseases of the liver and biliary tract, respiratory diseases, diseases associated with metabolic disorders, diseases of the male and female genitals, as well as skin diseases.

Contraindications

The main contraindication for the use of this procedure is a violation of the integrity of the skin at the place of application of dirt.
