We have been staying at the resort for 6 years in a row. This year, 2021, we had a rest from May 19 to May 29. Wonderful. well-groomed park territory; friendly staff; delicious, varied food; our much-loved buffet. Now it has become "fashionable" to complain about young people. And these very young people are administrators in Uralsky: Polina Timshina, Ivan Fedoseev, Yulia Shipulina, very quickly, moved a deeply elderly (89 years old) relative who came with us from the sixth floor to the first and brought her room as close as possible to ours. Many thanks to them for the impeccable execution of the concept of the resort, humanity and kindness. The same young people work as waiters. Fire! Quickly, correctly! Well done! The administrators at the buffet are friendly, insistently reminding of the need to comply with sanitary rules: wearing masks. And everywhere everything is correct, smooth, friendly. How nice this attitude is! Noted the progress in cleaning the rooms. It wasn't bad before. But this year at the level of world hotel standards. Not at all worse than in the far abroad. The only inconvenience: the "children's rooms" are closed. For this reason, they did not take their grandchildren with them. And they, having been to Ust-Kachka more than once, asked very much. We hope that with the improvement of the situation with COVID 19, the "children's rooms" will start working, and our grandchildren will be able to come to the resort with us again. They will get used to it, get used to it and will become regular guests of the sanatorium in the future. Prosperity and further successful development of the resort!

We rested from 07.02.-12.02.21 in a suite. Kama. I am very grateful to you, for rebooking from standard rooms to suites under the "Children for free" promotion, we felt the "suite" in full. The cherished word "suite" helped a lot at check-in, there were a lot of people at check-in that day, we were called immediately, literally after 10 minutes, we were just very tired from the road 6 hours on the way, the room was given just as soon, although we arrived 30 minutes earlier than the time set for check-in. The rest in general was very pleasant, unlimited access to the pool was just super, the children splashed for two hours, they simply could not be pulled out of the water. The food was excellent, khinkali was very tasty for the day of Georgian cuisine. Thank you for getting to know the cuisines of the world. The idea is very interesting and useful. I would like a delicious porridge for breakfast, I didn't get tasty ( We walked around the territory – it's very beautiful in the evening, the understretch creates a magical mood! Despite the cold to -25, -27, we walked every day. Thank you rest!!!

Good day to everyone! We came to the resort for the first time and it happened in August 2020. Of course, we read reviews on different sites, there were a lot of both positive and not so much, but we still came and did not regret it! We settled into the Uralsky building without any problems, we were lucky with the weather, the staff is good everywhere, mostly responsive, the buffet is excellent, the territory is very well maintained and beautiful. There were a couple of emotional moments, but the problems were resolved quickly. I would like to express my gratitude to the cardiologist Valeeva Aliya Galievna, the procedural sister Minina Svetlana Dmitrievna and all the medical and just the staff of the resort. Thank you for a great stay! My family and I will definitely come again!

For the first time in my life I'm going to a sanatorium, although to be honest - I'm spoiled for a good rest! I doubted for a long time and called a lot of options, but when I contacted the managers of the Ust-Kachka sanatorium, I realized that I would rest here! Responsive girls competently negotiate on the phone and are absolutely interested in the client. Manager Oksana Gorbunova exhaustively answers my endless stream of questions and keeps in touch via email. Many thanks to her for her support and understanding of such boring and restless people like me!!!))) Now I'm looking forward to this trip!!! Good mood to everyone!!!

Good afternoon, everyone! I visited the resort once again. Before the trip, there was doubt about how the rest would go during the pandemic. The fears were in vain. The resort, as always, turned out to be on top! I would like to express my gratitude to the cardiologist Valeeva Aliya Galievna, the entire medical staff of the resort, and especially Bizyaeva Natalia Mikhailovna (underwater spinal traction), Koshelev Vyacheslav Vyacheslavovich (manual massage) for their professionalism, sensitive and kind attitude to people. But not everything is so joyful! For the first time at the resort, I am not happy with my stay. Not only was the cleaning of the room carried out untimely, for 13 nights of stay I have never changed a set of bed linen! The set of towels was replaced once at my request. I'm shocked!! I would like to wish that this does not happen again.

Good afternoon, everyone! We were at the resort from 30.12.19 to 06.01.20, four of us (2 adults + 2 children 12 and 8 years old), Uralsky building. At the resort for the second time. I liked everything very much. Food 5+, New Year's banquet 5, treatment 5, accommodation 4. We would like to express special gratitude to the instructor of physical therapy - Natalia. We believe that this employee should be encouraged. Each lesson was interesting, varied and effective! Many do not go to physical therapy, in vain! Good luck and prosperity to Natalia! Next, I will write wishes. Food - on the buffet you need to put the products of diet No. 9 (diabetes) separately, so that you can pass by the delights. A device for measuring blood pressure - there is no information anywhere about its presence in the cases. The staff (maids and at the reception) should be more smiling, because you meet us and accompany us. The rooms are not cleaned very well. Banquet wishes. There were a lot of visitors. And the presenter was always talking about Permians, for example, you can make a "roll call". And so many thanks to everyone. We'll come again!

I had a rest in the sanatorium from November 17 to December 03. It's not the first time. I want to once again note the excellent work of the chefs and the extensive menu, everything is delicious, a feast of the stomach.))
