Reviews of the Ust-Kachka resort

We had a rest with our parents at the Ust-Kachka sanatorium in the Kama building in June 2025. Everything is fine. The staff is very polite. All the problems that were solved instantly. My parents are aged 70+ (rooms 510, 512), so if anything was needed, the maid Natalia always helped them. Thank her very much for her patience and attentiveness. The buffet is very diverse for every taste (with sugar and without sugar), very convenient for the elderly who have increased sugar. The menu has everything: salads, vegetables, fruits, various porridges (with sugar and without sugar), soups, the second is very different (for every taste), juices, compotes, fruit drinks, jelly, tea, coffee, what, any kind of pastries (very much and for every taste) and even honey, honeycombs, condensed milk, jam, and various sauces. In general, always stay full. The staff there is also always polite and friendly and will always help. The attending physician was Galina Korobeynikova, a very excellent doctor, a professional in her field. She explained everything and advised me on the best way. My parents needed an additional examination, so she sent them for an additional examination and discharged them, then the treatment they can receive. Thank her very much for her patience and attentiveness. We went to Balneotherapy clinics 1 and 2, where the staff is also very polite and friendly (Galvanic mud, Charcot shower, hand Massage, Bromine iodine bath, Applications of bromide brine, Mud application) Many thanks to the staff, Marina Mikhailovna Trefilova and Lidia Leonidovna Tarasova, who helped my mother. I am very grateful to you for your kindness and attentiveness. We went to the drinking pump room for gum irrigation, the staff there is also very friendly and polite. They told us a lot about mineral water and conducted a mini-tour with us. Thank them very much. We went to the cafeteria of the resort, drank phyto-teas and juice from wheat germ, and even ate bio-frozen (from natural products) and took souvenirs (balms, teas, candies, marshmallows), all made from natural products, as a gift to colleagues. I myself went to physical therapy (osteochondrosis group) in the Rus building. I liked it very much. We were led by a very strict, slender man (I swear I did everything conscientiously), but then I arrived and after two days of buffet I put on weight and a tummy appeared. But I started going to physical therapy and got back to normal, and even my body felt better. The nature there is very beautiful on the banks of the Kama River. The territory is very well maintained and clean. There is a bus for vacationers on the territory. On the day of departure, the bus driver took us to the parking lot. And even the security at the entrance is also very polite and friendly, they explain and show everything (on the day of arrival and departure). Many thanks to all the Staff of the resort for making our rest and treatment comfortable! I would like to come back in a year. I will advise everyone I know! P.S. I wish there was a bigger laundry room on site, otherwise the washing machine is always busy when we don't come. Probably because there are a lot of people with children and families on vacation.

The Department of Education of the Perm Municipal District thanks the Ust-Kachka resort for creating excellent working conditions for the administrative teams of educational organizations. For the second year, we have been conducting an on-site design school for directors and their deputies at the resort. Everything is always clearly organized, without hitches, the organizers from the resort are trying very hard to make us feel comfortable. Delicious food, they try to check in early for those who come to spend the night. All issues are resolved very quickly. This year we worked in the Congress Hall of the Uralsky building. Special thanks to Natalia, an employee of the corporate department, for the wonderful support of us, who travel 200 people every year. A very attentive, caring, caring employee. Thanks!!!

We had a vacation with my husband for the second time and liked everything again. The area is perfectly clean and well maintained...It's all in colors. We're in the apple blossom season...the beauty is extraordinary. Meal...there is a large selection, everyone will find it to their liking. Stay hungry...It's unrealistic. The pool is clean, I always check the sides of the bowl with my hand (I'm sorry)...Everything is clear, well done. That's why we went to the pool every day. My husband had a birthday during his vacation...A bottle of champagne and chocolate were brought to our room. As they say, "it's a trifle, but it's nice." Due to my age (55+), I was looking for something to find fault with... and I couldn't find it, which I'm very, very happy about. We liked everything, we will definitely come again. P.S. Although there is one wish... It is a pity that there is no Suite with a view of the Kama River in the Kama building. It seemed a little strange to us. After all, it is logical that it is the Luxury rooms...They must have a view of the river. But this is a wish, nothing more. Our room was very nice and large...clean...Water was brought in every day and the tea corner was replenished. Everything is fine... Thanks to all the staff for our comfortable stay.

I had a rest at the Ust-Kachka sanatorium in the Rus building in August 2024, and I plan to travel this year. I liked everything very much. Professional doctors and attentive staff of the clinic. There is a huge territory for hiking and cycling, clean air, and the Nordic walking instructor at the sports complex is a professional in his field. Near the embankment of the Kama River, there are pleasure boats. There are many recreational activities in the sanatorium. Daily discos, concerts, workshops, games for a fun company. Somehow I managed to attend the events I liked. Delicious and varied food. Special thanks to the great pianist who lifts the mood at dinners. There is a swimming pool in the "Aqua Complex", where trainers conduct aqua fitness and physical therapy. And the dance fitness program based on popular Latin American rhythms and its host just charmed me. I really liked yoga with its strict trainer. The rooms are cozy, and cleaning is frequent. The girls at the reception are responsive and attentive. Thank you for the effective treatment and an eventful rest!

Clean, delicious air and a large well-groomed area for useful walks: both forests and the embankment of the Kama River. Professional doctors and staff of the polyclinic, spacious balneological buildings, with modern equipment; elevators in all medical buildings. Delicious and varied food. Natalia is a pianist who gives a good mood at lunches and dinners. Magnificent aqua complex (swimming pool). Movie and cartoon rentals, physical therapy, yoga, big wooden chess, not a mini zoo at all. A large stadium with rental for any time of the year, we rode bike maps. There are shops, a restaurant, and a bus station near the checkpoint. Thanks! Let's go back!

I really liked it! We are going to this wonderful place 3 times! Great pool, delicious food, great room, I really like the zoo, the most important thing is unforgettable feelings!

We had a rest in the European building. Meals, cleaning, room service at a high level. Many thanks to the Superman Man in a black robe in the pool, his swimming cap was torn, and he provided his own. A responsive team!

From March 3 to March 12, 2025, my grandson and I were treated in Ust-Kachka, everything is just fine. I especially liked the Speleopalata, I would really like to see the ward reopened for a night's sleep. Thanks to all the animators who worked with the children. Everything was very interesting and informative. Meals in the dining room are 5+. Special thanks to Marina on ozekerite, she knows how to find a common language with a child. Thank you, my beloved resort, for a wonderful family time, for interesting children's activities! We enjoyed participating with the children in the family game "Own Game", in the family relay race at the stadium and other events. It's a great idea with AMAKSics, for some reason we didn't know about them before, although we often relax with you)))
