Everything that SURROUNDS US HERE is MAGICAL - a variety of bright vegetation on the territory and in the buildings, well-groomed animals, animals and birds that are not afraid to communicate with us... Early in the morning, the paths have already been carefully cleaned for our run... All the service and medical staff are ATTENTIVE and SUSTAINED to every request, and how many TALENTS WORK HERE! Anyone can find a job for both the baby and the grandmother... I'M LEARNING TO PLAY THE GUITAR! you won't believe it, I didn't expect SUCH a discovery from myself, thanks to the EXTRAORDINARY MASTER of his craft and just an INTERESTING person Sergey, who knows all the songs by HEART! and with any word from the song that the guests remember, he fulfills the request with a bang... And in June 22 -songs by the campfire, where it's fun and soulful in the rain.... AND Yana CAN EASILY! TEACH ANYONE to draw and dance! Thank you for the landscapes -masterpieces, EVERYONE SUCCEEDS! it's a pity not to attach a photo, I'll post it later In a cozy and comfortable, warm room in the evening we discuss an INTERESTING day, make PLANS for tomorrow, and we know SOMETHING WILL BE UNUSUAL .... falling asleep on a pleasantly gentle, comfortable bed... We love the Ust-Kachka resort! My daughter, 8 years old, likes entertainment and the whole program that animators conduct! We recommend everyone to visit! Everything is at a decent level: rooms, buffet, entertainment, resort facilities!

Just arrived from a vacation in this wonderful sanatorium! We would like to thank the entire staff of the sanatorium.You are a united team working for an excellent result. Food, entertainment, treatment, well-groomed territory, a magnificent swimming pool. We will try to come again! We recommend it!

We had a rest with our daughter from June 5 to June 19. I really liked it. I just didn't want to leave at all. The food is varied, delicious. From the very first day of arrival until the last day, everyone was friendly, always smiling, tried to help if necessary - registration, buffet, doctors, animators, procedure workers, always went to a meeting. I really liked the animators Yana and Dasha. Well done girls! Thank you for the aquagrim, the child was happy! We were in Ust-Kachka for the first time, we will definitely come again! Every day was eventful and interesting. In the evening we rested in the summer bar Kame, with music, songs, dances. I really liked the seals, we are for the protection of animals. Therefore, I would offer them a warm house separately from everyone, and in a separate territory, there is a veterinarian from the zoo. If you take care of them, they will not reproduce, which will be good for the city. Thanks for everything!

I want to thank the staff of the sanatorium for a great rest. We visited it for the second time in the last two years, and it is striking that the territory of the sanatorium is being transformed. It's a pleasure to watch. A positive aspect is the presence of children's animation, children are happy to attend exercises, active and intellectual and active games. And even for adults, they organize events, such as playing mafia, it's just super :-)))

Great vacation! We rested in the "Rus" building, before that we were once in the "European" building. "Rus" left the best impressions! Very good buffet, spacious rooms with large ceilings, quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to the library employee! I would like to mention a large amount of literature, the presence of novelties in books, which I was surprised to find there. I would really like to see a sheet of information on the stand with photos of new books that are available, because people simply do not know that there is such an abundance of literature: both classical, popular science, and modern (even the ubiquitous Labkovsky and the books of the Bombora publishing house are available). I would very much like at least a piece of Soviet architecture and interior elements to be preserved in the Rus building, tiles and drywall are good and fresh, but the atmosphere that can be felt in some corners that have not been repaired is very lost. It's a pity that the concert hall on the 3rd floor is closed, I would love to visit some event there. I am sure that there are columns and beautiful thematic drawings on the walls and everything that corresponded to the Soviet era. What is not being done in such premises now, unfortunately. I would probably introduce some foreign language classes (for example, English) in a playful way for children and adults on the basis of the library, there is a very inviting atmosphere, a lot of light and space. There are large spaces on the territory of the sanatorium, I really enjoyed walking in the far corners where birds can be heard. It is very good that the repair of the territory is being done, I hope that "Rus" from the river side will also be pleased with the restoration. In my opinion, from an architectural point of view, this is the most valuable building of the sanatorium. I liked that there are no barriers to doing sports: you can run, ride a bike, go to the gym without interference (the pool is not very convenient, there are always a lot of people and queues :) A good clinic and polite staff. There are a lot of vegetables on the menu, there are dietary fish and meat, kefir is given in the evening :) I want to thank all the employees of the sanatorium! We were the whole family, we will definitely come again!

I want to thank the whole team of the Ust-Kachka sanatorium for our excellent rest. A complete upgrade. We rested in the building "Rus". They wanted to go to this building. In it, back in the 60s, my grandmother rested. What a majestic building, it's a pity that it hasn't been completely restored yet. I visited a wonderful library, what a sincere woman works there! I read about the history of the resort. 3 entrance of the building, it's a real surprise. What kind of parquet is there, and the ceiling, and the window sills! Please save at least a piece of that real chic - as it was 60 years ago. There is no need to spoil the floor with soulless tiles, which are now placed at the entrance to the 1st building. After all, this is a PALACE! Leave at least a little individuality. And yes, I would like that from the side of the embankment, where there are majestic stairs, and the entrance to the food hall area (a word from the booklet!) order was also restored. The museum is currently closed for renovation. I really wanted to go there. But it doesn't work. I would like the museum to be opened, after repairs and as soon as possible! It turned out to be a very sincere and proper rest. I would also like to mention the wonderful bartender from the phytobar in the balneotherapy clinic - Natalia! How many delicious and useful things we learned thanks to her! Wheat germ juice is something! To the resort of further prosperity! We will definitely come again!!!

I live in Kaliningrad and from March 20 to March 30, 2023, for the first time I rested in the Ust-Kachka sanatorium in the Uralsky building. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the quality procedures. The staff is always attentive, ready to listen and help. I also really liked the wide variety of dishes in the dining room, especially fruits, drinks and pastries. Everything was very tasty and healthy. Time flew by unnoticed, because leisure was well organized. Each vacationer could choose an option to his taste. In fact, life is a valuable gift from our God. I like his words from the Bible: "Thanks to him we live, and move, and exist." And with your help, we can maintain our health and appreciate this gift. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. There is a great desire to come back again and preferably in the summer!

I had a rest from March 26 to April 2 with 3 children, the youngest is 6.5 months old. I would like to note the convenience of the resort for recreation with young children. In the Kama building, it is very convenient to drive with a stroller to the first floor, the doors open automatically, a wheelchair compartment is equipped under video surveillance, and there is an entrance to the elevator. A comfortable baby cot was put in the room for free, bright dinosaurs were on the baby's bed linen. The maids offered cleaning every day "you have a little baby," thanks to them for their unobtrusive care. The territory is well-groomed and again very convenient for walking with a stroller. We walked for several hours several times a day and each time you can find a new quiet corner for a walk. Nature is wonderful, squirrels run. The 9-year-old son fell in love with the health path, worked out on the simulators there every day. Now about nutrition. There is a buffet in the Kama building, each of us found something to eat, everyone was satisfied. For the baby, the staff put a child's chair and until the end of our rest, the chair stood near our table, that is, I didn't even have to look for it, I came and calmly sat the child down without unnecessary hassle. The baby naturally ate baby food, which I brought with me. By the way, one day I couldn't get a jar of mashed potatoes (I got a marriage in the lid), I asked for help and a young man from the staff helped me. Thank you for your courtesy and help in all the staff of the Kama restaurant! My fastidious middle son was delighted with the delicious porridge for breakfast. About the procedures. I would like to note again the courtesy of the staff. It was comfortable and pleasant for us to be everywhere. Special thanks for the rest room on the 2nd floor of the balneotherapy 2, I was able to retire there and breastfeed the baby. The pool is super! In general, I was very comfortable at your resort, even with 3 children. We will definitely come again!
