I had a rest at the sanatorium from 04.11.2025 to 13.11.2025. I liked everything (staff, room, food, treatment, entertainment). Nature is amazingly beautiful! I'll come back if I can. I have been to Kislovodsk 2 times. But it's better here. I would also like to thank Larisa Anatolyevna Melchakova, the manager who worked with me, so I chose this sanatorium and did not regret it at all.

We had a vacation with my mom from February 1 to February 12, 2026, my mom's birthday is February 1, we try to celebrate it in pleasant places, on trips. This year, the choice fell on the Ust-Kachka resort! Rested for a solid 5 !!!!! We lived in the European building! - the cuisine is beyond praise, we didn't even expect such a level!!! I definitely recommend it! We will definitely come back again and more than once!

Amazing sanatorium! We have been visiting it for two years in a row (in 2024 and in 2025) and we are going again this year. In 2024 they lived in the Kama building, and in 2025 they lived in the Uralsky building. We were satisfied with both accommodations. What exactly I liked is difficult to even single out, because everything was at a high level: from treatment and nutrition to the territory and service. The constant desire to return is the main indicator of quality. Highly recommended!

Hello! We had a rest with my husband for a week just before the New Year. Our room was in the European building. A great restaurant with amazing food!!! Sergey worked professionally with our table. On the days of our arrival, there was no administrator in the building, but I would like to. All issues were resolved promptly in the building opposite, but it was minus 31 outside... We used balneotherapy ("Dead Sea" procedures), a unique therapy with natural deep salt water. I would like to note the sincerity of the staff at the hydrotherapy center. I had a cosmetology procedure with master Tatiana - after an hour of "magic" I looked 10 years younger! Also in the cosmetology salon "Style" we got acquainted with the hands of Thai craftsmen, who delicately helped to relax every muscle of the body. It's not the first time I've come to the resort, a lot has changed, of course) But I really want to express my gratitude to the doctor of the procedure of carboxytherapy Zelenina, Leila Rezoevna, it is clear that the person is in his place, he will tell everything competently, the procedure is generally excellent. We had a rest with friends in the eco-house (with Alice) from 10-13.11.2025 according to the promotion. Eco-house, like a five-star hotel room. The house is wooden, with a large open veranda. Inside the eco-house there are two bedrooms (with a double bed, closets, table, bedside tables), a large hall (with a folding sofa and armchair, a TV, a round table, chairs), a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a shower, an entrance group (with a bedside table and a seat). The eco-house has a telephone, a safe, an iron with ironing board, a dryer, a coffee machine, a kettle and many different dishes and kitchen utensils and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay. All guests are provided with white terry bathrobes, slippers, towels, bed linen and blankets. For those staying in the eco-house, daily visits to the pool (without time limit) and the nightclub are included. Meals for the guests of the eco-house are organized in a separate dining room of the Uralsky building according to a customized system. The menu is varied, with plenty of delicacies and delicious dishes. Additionally, you can take food in the common room of the dining room. I would especially like to thank the administrator Natasha. She is an excellent employee, always in a good mood, attentive, friendly, sociable. Even if you don't like something about the food, Natasha knows how to satisfy the desire of any visitor. Attention to people , willingness to please everyone is such a rarity! Such polite and helpful staff elevate the status of the resort as a whole. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and attention!

I recently returned from the Ust-Kachka resort, where I was undergoing the Men's Health program for the third time under the guidance of Sergey Nikolaevich Shibanov, MD. Every time I make sure that the program really works and brings tangible, lasting results. Sergey Nikolaevich is a doctor with tremendous experience, an attentive, thoughtful and very competent specialist. He always approaches the treatment individually, explains in detail the essence of each procedure and appointments, which causes complete trust and confidence in the result. The program is structured in a comprehensive manner: physiotherapy, mineral baths, massages, physical therapy, balanced nutrition and medical support complement each other and give a powerful healing effect. After a few days, there is a surge of energy, an improvement in general well-being, normalization of sleep and an increase in vitality. After the third year, I can say that I feel much younger, more energetic and more active than I did a few years ago. There was a feeling of inner renewal and self-confidence. Special thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium for their professionalism, attentive attitude and friendly atmosphere. Everything is organized at the highest level — from the quality of the procedures to the living conditions. The Ust-Kachka sanatorium remains the standard of high-quality spa treatment and recreation. Cleanliness, order, well-groomed territory, delicious food and the nature of the Kama region create ideal conditions for restoring health and mental balance. Bottom line: the Men's Health program led by S.N. Shibanov is a thoughtful, scientifically based and truly effective course that helps a man not only strengthen his health, but also feel full of strength, energy and confidence again.
